Project Oversight Oversee and coordinate the execution of key projects across organic and paid channels. Digital Marketing Media Planning Analysing clients’ business goals and helping to shape this into a clearly defined, cross-channel action plan, working with the channel teams to achieve key targets. Regularly check in on overall cross-channel performance, to ensure we are getting the best results for the clients, making recommendations to improve or refine as needed. Act as a bridge between the organic and paid teams, fostering collaboration and sharing insights to enhance overall campaign performance. Collaborate with account management teams to develop strategies for enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty. Proven track record of successful project management and delivery across both organic and paid digital marketing channels. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend valuable and actionable insights. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment required, within a digital marketing agency, is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Min 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on both organic and paid channels. English C2 level, additional languages will be a plus.
