Viacom is seeking a talented Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of driving successful online campaigns.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase brand awareness - Manage and monitor online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, display, and search engine marketing - Analyze digital marketing data and provide insights to optimize campaign performance - Create engaging content for online channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement - Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure Viacom remains at the forefront of digital innovation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of online advertising and social media platforms - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools - Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
