Senior Marketing Manager – Insurtech– Up to £82k + bonus, stock options, Hybrid working (3 days WFH, 2 days in London office per week). Our client is a successful B2B technology group that specialises in insurance, and who are looking to onboard a talented Senior Marketing Manager from B2B enterprise marketing who can help drive their growth in the UK. In addition to a bonus, enhanced pension plan, our client offers private medical care, stock options, continuous training and development as well as flexible working (3 days WFH, 2 days in their office). As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in defining the global marketing strategy by developing their marketing approach and overseeing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including content and thought leadership, digital marketing, events, webinars, and social media, to enhance brand awareness and generate demand. You will create impactful demand generation campaigns, working closely with the sales team to drive qualified leads and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) toolkits to support growth in existing accounts. You will develop engaging content and oversee the creation of digital assets. A passionate B2B Marketer from enterprise solutions/Insurtech who understands the needs of their audience in terms of product marketing and content creation would thrive in this role. What do I need? At least 5 years’ B2B marketing experience from enterprise solutions, ideally from Insurtech Sector knowledge from vendor/product view Strong multi-channel demand generation campaign experience Experience in personalised Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution as well as across thought leadership, digital, events and social media CRM and marketing automation experience Able to focus predominantly on marketing execution Entrepreneurial problem-solver who proposes innovative ideas Confident decision maker with first-class project management skills If you’re an experienced, forward-thinking Marketing Manager or Marketing Specialist with experience from Insurance software or Insurtech looking to join a fast-growing, London business, then send us your most up-to-date CV today.
