Offer | £45k-£55k basic, Car allowance, matched pension, private healthcare, expenses and more.

Our client are a growing Main Contractor who are enjoying year on year growth. They are looking for an established Building Surveyor/ Construction Surveyor to join their team, working from Bristol (or Milton Keynes) office and regularly travelling to project sites nationally.

This company deliver commercial fit-out/ refurb projects varying in complexity and size, ranging from £500k-£15m and have established a niche within student accommodation projects. Previous experience with SAs isn't essential as we will consider experience from other commercial building projects.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Building/ Construction Surveyor.
• Previous experience working for a main contractor (preferable).
• Construction industry related degree - or equivalent qualification such as MCIOB, MRICS etc.
• Experience surveying commercial building projects, preferably fit-out/ refurb projects.
• Ability to be flexible to meet project requirements, regular travel combined with office days in Bristol.
• Team player, strong communication skills and the desire to grow with an expanding business.
