Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Guardian Life Ins. Co. of America is seeking a talented and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time, remote work position at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand awareness - Create engaging content for various channels including social media, website, press releases, and internal communications - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing - Act as a spokesperson for the company in media inquiries and public relations activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Independent and confident personality, able to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
