You will be part of their Global Corporate Services Division and wil l collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to understand business objectives, develop tailored marketing strategies, and execute campaigns across various channels. Global Corporate Services Division (GCSD) GCSD is a Team of 38 employees supported by over 1,300 vendor partner staff to provision the delivery of services for clients and employees across the globe. Influencing over $200M of the organisations expenses through the services managed, the GCSD team aim to be recognized by their internal clients, stakeholders, and vendors as the leader in providing global services management and support across all commodities they deliver in region. The team is dedicated to ensuring a best-in-class client experience, delivering innovative sustainable solutions whilst managing expense. A talented writer and storyteller with a natural curiosity and the ability to turn complex topics into engaging content in a corporate voice. Working in a fast paced and flexible manner, you will partner with your colleagues across GCSD to produce content that supports the clients reputational drivers and communication objectives. You will be responsible for the creation and management of the GCSD communications and marketing strategy and collateral to support the Global Corporate Services team: Driving consistent messaging of the GCSD strategy with global guidelines and vision; think globally, execute locally. Creation and execution of project communications. Overhaul & redesign of the internal website (Microsoft SharePoint) Establish a brand for GCSD internally amongst employees. Job Description: Responsible for developing strategic communications for Global Corporate Services (GCSD), working collaboratively across the Marketing & Communications team and other lines of business and functions. Create quality content in a variety of engaging formats (e.g., articles, videos, executive blogs, infographics, e-mail communications, etc.) Manage stakeholders and requests in a dynamic environment. Implement a communication standard based on best practices and industry. Liaise with the GCSD team, vendors, and service providers to ensure all communications are in-line with GCSDs voice adhering to the clients corporate standard. Follow and adhere to all internal branding and communications governance requirements. Prepare and presents marketing and communication strategies to senior Business Leaders and corporate management for review and approval. Work with the clients Brand and Communications teams to ensure compliance with standards. Identify and advocate for the adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices as the GCSD team transforms its services and workflows for a better experience by the clients employees and third-party vendors. Analyse metrics, share insights, and adjust plans with a focus on continuous improvement. Qualifications: Highly strategic, innovative thinker with the ability to see emerging trends and the big picture. Ability to successfully drive projects from development to completion. Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and execute flawlessly with great attention to detail. Operate flexibly to undertake a range of varying projects at the same time. Demonstrated success developing and executing communications strategies and campaigns for large enterprises. Highly talented writer, editor, and storyteller. Proactive and collaborative multitasker with exceptional communications skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. A passionate and high-energy style, with the commitment and enthusiasm to take on complex, challenging situations in a dynamic organization. Ability to envision, articulate, and realize both process and program improvements within the communications function. Excellent judgment with the ability to analyze, critique and offer recommendations for improvement. Strong analytical and organizational skills, and a personal reputation for honesty, integrity and above-reproach ethics. Experience using internal communications tools, including content publishing systems, email management systems, digital signage, measurement tools, etc. At least 5 years of related experience. Batchelor's degree or equivalent required. Role Practicalities: Reports directly to the Global Head of Corporate Services (London Based) Individual contributor role Member of the Global Corporate Services Division (GCSD) Leadership Team.
