Communications Specialist - Work from home

WestRock, a global packaging company, is seeking a Communications Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication strategies to support the company's goals and objectives - Create and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content - Manage the company's online presence, including website content and social media channels - Monitor media coverage and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding - Handle media inquiries and serve as a spokesperson for the company when necessary

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with crisis communications and media relations is a plus
