Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Online Social Media Manager to join our team at Baxter International in London, England. As the Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram - Monitor and analyze social media trends and metrics to optimize performance and enhance user engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI - Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, trends, and tools to ensure maximum effectiveness - Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and industry partners to enhance brand visibility - Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and report on social media KPIs to track performance and measure success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns - Strong communication and writing skills - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Familiarity with social media advertising platforms - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
