Social Media Manager

Job Description: Dollar Tree is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms for Dollar Tree. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategy - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets - Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner - Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners - Report on social media performance to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Independent and passionate individuals who are self-starters - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms - Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate - Gym membership and travel & spending expenses provided as benefits
