You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will also have the opportunity and responsibility to secure new deals as you will be an integral part of driving their success. This is an exciting and crucial role for the right candidate and for someone who enjoys winning, building relationships and working closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders in order to provide and deliver a first class service to customers and partners. Responsibilities for the SDR: • Understand the products and services my client offers and be able to articulate the functions benefits and value proposition • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company • Work closely with marketing on account list building, qualification, scoring, and prioritisation. Evaluate ICP fit and revenue potential • Contact potential customers, set appointments and follow up on leads • Track progress towards meeting sales goals • Secure and win new business • Use Hubspot (CRM) to manage leads and sales activities Requirements for the SDR • 2+ years of experience in sales • Payments Industry experience preferred, but not essential • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships • A desire to learn, grow and a positive attitude • Compassionate and humble, we are looking for a good allrounder • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Time management and organisational skills • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot) • A team player who is collaborative, supportive and eager to work closely with colleagues to achieve our common goals across Please contact Kelsey @ CRS for more information
