<b>Job Description</b><p><b>Client-side Senior Building Surveyor - London</b></p><p></p><p>Salary circa £70,000-£80,000 per annum. </p><p>Up to 40% bonus and industry leading benefits package </p><p></p><p>Cobalt has the pleasure of working with one of the UKs top Property Investment and Development Companies that owns, manages, and develops £2.8bn worth of assets across the commercial sectors. With an impressive portfolio across London that stretches 1.7m sqft, our client is looking to hire a senior level, Building Surveyor to be part of the team in the management of occupied and vacant properties as well as dilapidations and the refurbishment programme across the estate. </p><p></p><p>You will be responsible for PPM strategy and management, CAT A & CAT B works valued from £100,000 to £1.5million as well as overseeing dilapidations reports, licence to alter, contractor and supplier management, party wall awards, feasibility studies and schedules of condition.</p><p></p><p>You will be part of a close-knit team working to deliver the property strategy of an impressive UK developer. You will need to be driven and have the ability to multi-task to help the business achieve their goals. </p><p></p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading developer at a key growth stage in their portfolio cycle.
