Office Manager
to join a multi-award-winning, consumers' choice, social-housing refurbishment business based in Barking, East London.
This
Office Manager
role is the lynchpin of this family-run business and you will manage an entire office move 12 - 16 months after joining.

Your main responsibility in this role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office facilities, equipment, and services.
Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment that reflects the company's brand and values.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and staff as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate supply needs, and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination of resources. Manage office move from start to finish.

Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Desirable attributes of the successful candidate
Proven experience in office administration or management roles.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
