Job Description🦺 🖥️ Team PA to Marketing Department and Director 🏗️📲Salary: £40,000 + benefitsHours: 40 hours per week (08:00hrs - 17:00hrs)Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)Contract: Permanent / Full-Time - (Onsite) Location: Battersea, South West London🚀 Culture Guru is recruiting a Team PA to be part of a highly professional and fast-paced Sales & Marketing team, within a well-established and prestigious property development business.💫 This Team PA role is the lynchpin and backbone of this Marketing department, supporting the entire department and its Director.🗓️ Your main responsibility in this role will be to provide complete organisational and administrative support, and ensure that all tasks are fulfilled efficiently and accurately - however big or small they may be.🤝 Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;Overseeing diary management and providing comprehensive administrative support for the DirectorOffering assistance and administrative aid to the Marketing Team, serving as the primary contact pointHandling expense management for senior team membersProcessing and managing invoicesIssuing Purchase Orders as necessaryCoordinating international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and managing intricate itinerariesOrdering supplies for other London-based officesGathering information and preparing documents for Management and Board ReportsOccasionally starting early in the morning to assist with catering for meetingsArranging refreshments for meetings, including breakfasts and lunchesManaging the team’s schedule and holiday recordsProviding coverage for the Main Reception desk when neededCollaborating closely with the wider Business Support teamPerforming any other reasonable tasks that may be requested🤩 Desirable attributes of the successful candidateProven experience in office administration supporting a team.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Apply with your CV today to avoid missing the opportunity to be the backbone of this business's Marketing department.
