We are seeking a dedicated Performance Coach t o join our team on a permanent, part-time basis Key Responsibilities Training Delivery & Assessment: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging teaching and learning across specialist engineering topics. Assess learners' skills and knowledge both on-site and in workplace settings. Caseload & Programme Management: Manage an active caseload of students, tracking progress, setting SMART targets, conducting reviews, and updating digital tracking platforms. Employer Collaboration: Co-plan programme delivery and Off-The-Job training with apprentice line managers to meet learner needs. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (Essential) Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent) (Essential) Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent) (Desirable) Skills & Experience: Solid industrial experience and occupational competence in machining or engineering maintenance/operations. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to travel as needed for employer workplace visits. Key Benefits & Terms Working Pattern: 14 hours per week Generous Annual Leave: Pro-rata entitlement based on 49 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
