Are you ready to share your passion for Business Studies and make a real difference in young people's lives? We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Lecturer to join a welcoming and supportive college team in a permanent, part-time position (0.6 FTE - 3 days a week).

The Opportunity

As a Business Lecturer, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering engaging lessons across BTEC Level 1-3 Business courses. You'll guide students through their learning journey, helping them build skills that will set them up for future success in the dynamic world of business.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant degree or professional business qualification
• A recognised teaching qualification - or willingness to work towards one
• Industry experience or strong subject knowledge in business studies
• A genuine passion for teaching, supporting students and helping them succeed
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
