Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and caring 1:1 Reception Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a welcoming primary school. This is a full-time, long-term position, starting as soon as possible.

The Role:
Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a Reception-aged pupil.
Supporting learning, development, and personal care needs where required.
Encouraging engagement and participation in classroom activities.
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support.
Assisting with behaviour management and promoting a positive learning environment.
Requirements:

✅ Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting.
✅ Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is desirable.
✅ Manual Handling Training is essential.
✅ A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach.
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
