Dawn Ellmore Employment is delighted to be assisting our client, a leading firm who are seeking to grow their team!

The team are seeking an experienced Trade Mark Formalities Administrator to join their thriving team on a full-time, permanent basis – with fully remote working available! To be successful you should have strong Trade Mark Records and Formalities experience and be able to hit the ground running.

Duties will include:-

* Keeping records up to date and ensure important actions are captured promptly.

* Checking work for accuracy and share knowledge with colleagues when needed.

* Helping manage the team’s workload and prioritise tasks.

* Assisting with adding new client portfolios and ensuring records are complete.

* Producing correspondence, forms and reports using IP systems.
