The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a pupil with additional needs, helping them to access learning and remain engaged throughout the school day. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies and adapt learning activities to meet the pupil's individual needs.

The role will involve providing consistent 1:1 support, assisting with classroom activities, managing behaviour, and supporting the pupil's social and emotional development. You may also deliver targeted interventions and help the pupil build confidence and independence within the classroom environment.

Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships are essential for this role.
