1:1 Teaching Assistant - Mainstream primary school - Wellingborough, Northamptonshire - Full-time until the end of July - Trialling next week!

Tradewind are currently working closely with a brilliant mainstream primary school in Wellingborough who are looking to recruit an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with a KS2 student. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work from 8:30-3:30 Monday to Friday. These roles are temporary to permanent for the strongest candidates.

• Work closely with a student in KS2 with ASD and SEMH needs
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using a range of techniques
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Find creative ways to ensure learners are engaged
