1:1 Teaching Assistant – The Role

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will support a named pupil throughout the school day, helping them access the curriculum and manage their emotions and behaviour. You will follow individual support plans, work alongside the class teacher, and liaise with the SENCO to ensure consistent and effective support.
