FULL-TIME 1:1 TEACHING ASSISTANT

Location: Watford
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm

Position: Full-Time 1:1 Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated, caring and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a school setting in Watford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential.

The Role

You will work closely with the pupil and school staff to provide 1:1 support, helping with learning, engagement, confidence and day-to-day activities within the school environment.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children is desirable
Must have a DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a DBS
Must have the right to work in the UK
Must be able to provide references covering the last 2 years
Reliable, punctual and committed
Caring, patient and enthusiastic
Good communication skills
Able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, term time onlyDBS Refund

If you are required to apply for a new DBS, the DBS cost can be refunded after 20 days of work, subject to the agreed terms
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
