· 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our mainstream primary school

· 1:1 Teaching Assistant with an enhanced DBS on the update service
· 1:1 Teaching Assistant must be able to commit to long-term and full-time hours
· 1:1 Teaching Assistant with a minimum of 6 months' experience working within a primary school setting
· 1:1 Teaching Assistant must be confident supporting pupils academically, emotionally and socially

The Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Think Education are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, reliable and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Ilford on a long-term, full-time basis. The role of the 1:1 Teaching Assistant will consist of providing tailored support to pupils with SEN within a Reception classroom, helping them access the EYFS curriculum and participate in daily classroom activities. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will need to have a strong understanding of supporting children with additional needs, encouraging independence, communication and engagement whilst ensuring pupils feel safe, included and supported throughout the school day.
