What You'll Be Doing:

1. Oversee and maintain POP site, ensuring smooth operation of global internet backbone, SDH/DWDM networks, and voice switching systems
2. Manage international circuits, from implementation and service delivery to troubleshooting and technical support
3. Monitor and enhance network performance, updating operational plans, traffic reports, and service improvement strategies
4. ️Provide expert pre-sales technical support, assist in network design, and develop tailored solutions for clients
5. Collaborate closely with global teams, ensuring seamless coordination with international branches
6. ️Occasional travel may be required

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Telecommunications or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in network maintenance, particularly SDH network and equipment operations
• CCNP/CCNA certification or equivalent certifications that set you apart
• Hands-on experience with Huawei SDH, DWDM optical transmission equipment, and related technologies
• Strong understanding of submarine and terrestrial cable systems
• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to handle technical documents and team communication seamlessly
