【Job Requirements】

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of bidding solutions for key projects and continuous optimization of solutions after delivery, creating benchmark industry projects for local Europe, accumulating customer cases, including warehouse,transportation and system solutions, outputting operation SOP and system operation and maintenance manual, from project bidding, signing to solution implementation till launch.
2. Take the lead in sorting out customer needs in the 3C, fast-moving consumer goods, apparel, and new energy industries, combining market insights and competitive situations, outputting industry customer service solutions, and helping sales and potential tapping departments achieve their goals.
3. Responsible for monitoring and promoting the resolution and implementation of key issues for key customers in the region, identifying key points and coordinating and organizing resource solutions to complete the problem closed loop.
