Job Description - 大客户经理

We’re seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team and drive growth of current Key Account. The successful candidate will manage and develop strategic customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key logistics accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Develop account strategies and identify opportunities for expansion and new business.

  • Serve as the main contact point for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and service quality.

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support account development plans.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics sales/KAM

  • Proven track record in key account management and customer relationship building.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English and local language
