Job Description - 1st Line Support Analyst

Service Service is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and forward-thinking business that’s looking to expand its IT support team with the addition of a 1st Line Support Analyst. This is not your typical support role, our client needs someone who’s just as comfortable speaking with clients as they are troubleshooting technical issues.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for users and clients, you'll provide prompt, helpful support while playing a key role in welcoming and guiding new customers through their onboarding journey. You’ll act as a trusted support partner—solving problems, answering integration queries, and ensuring clients have a smooth experience from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering 1st line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system

  • Troubleshooting a range of issues across software and systems

  • Supporting external clients during onboarding and integration

  • Setting up user accounts and access permissions

  • Documenting queries, fixes, and follow-ups accurately

  • Escalating more complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams when needed

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey

Who We Are Looking For!

  • Previous experience in a 1st line support/helpdesk environment

  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills

  • Exposure to onboarding processes or client integration support is highly desirable

  • Solid technical knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking

  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Able to multitask, manage priorities, and stay calm under pressure
