1st Line Support Engineer

1st Line Support Engineer required for a leading provider of the latest cloud workforce management solutions with over 400 customers in all parts of the UK. This position will be based at their head office in Letchworth Garden City and the successful candidate will be based at their office full time. Full training will be given to the right candidate, but a keen interest in IT is essential, along with a methodical and organised approach to work.

• Understanding the functionality of Time & Attendance (T&A) software
• Triaging support issues as they are reported
• Updating support tickets raised by customers
• Trouble-shooting issues reported by our customers

• Someone who is presentable, confident when speaking to customers and willing to learn
• Full training will be given to the right candidate, but a keen interest in IT is essential, along with a methodical and organised approach to work

• Salary- £25,000- £30,000
