1st Line Support Field Engineer

My client, a leading technology organisation based in Edinburgh, is looking for a 1st Line Support Field Engineer to help support its clients.

You'll visit client sites to provide first-line technical support. Duties will include setting up and checking equipment, troubleshooting common hardware and connectivity issues, logging and updating support tickets, and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team. You'll also be a friendly, professional point of contact for clients on site.

The contract is for three months, working Monday to Friday, with some weekend work potentially required. As the role involves travel to client sites, a clean driving licence is essential.
