Are you a caring and committed individual looking to make a real difference in a child's life? A welcoming and supportive primary school in Northwich is seeking a passionate and experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

• Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and external agencies to deliver effective support plans.

• Build a positive and trusting relationship with the pupil, promoting their confidence and independence.

• Monitor progress and contribute to regular reviews and planning meetings.

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).

• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a 1:1 capacity.

• A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach to support individual needs.

• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

• A supportive school environment with a dedicated SEN team.
