2 Retail Funds Lawyer

This is an excellent opportunity for a 2+ PQE Solicitor to join the legal department of a respected company in the financial services industry. The role is based in London and requires expertise in providing legal advice and guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert legal support and advice across UK funds including UCITS, NURS, and LTAFs.
• Supporting on product development
• Advising distribution of funds across the UK and EU
• Risk Management including regulatory developments impacting the UK and globally
• Liaising with external counsel, regulators, providers, etc.
• Assisting more junior members of the team
• Advising on strategic projects

Profile

The successful candidate:

• 2+ years' experience as a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Technical knowledge in regulated fund structures and/or the distribution of funds
• Retail funds background
• The ability to provide clear and concise legal advice to non-legal professionals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
