Are you a tech-savvy problem solver ready to take your skills to the next level? A fast-growing, award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a Level 2/3 IT Engineer to join a dynamic, collaborative team delivering cutting-edge IT solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, VoIP, and more.

• Provide expert support for complex technical issues across networks, firewalls, and virtual environments.

• Lead escalated tickets, ensuring fast and effective resolutions.

• Manage and implement IT projects-cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security improvements.

• Use tools like Autotask, Salesforce, 3CX, and PowerShell to streamline support and automate workflows.

• Support and mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Maintain strong client relationships and exceed service expectations using ITIL principles.

• 5+ years in an MSP environment, handling advanced technical support and project delivery.

• Strong experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Hyper-V/VMware, and SonicWall/firewalls.

• Proficiency in automation tools like Power Automate and scripting with PowerShell.

• Familiarity with billing and workflow setups in Autotask and Salesforce is a big plus.

• Relevant certifications: ITIL, Microsoft (Azure/O365), CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA) preferred.
