We're an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Coventry, seeking a passionate and driven IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This is more than just a support role-you'll be involved in everything from troubleshooting to project work, gaining exposure to a variety of technologies.

What You'll Be Doing:

?? Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to a diverse client base
?? Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
?? Assisting with installations, configurations, and system updates
?? Working closely with senior engineers and directors on exciting tech projects
?? Ensuring top-tier customer service and technical excellence

What We're Looking For:

? Experience in an MSP or IT support environment
? Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking
? A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and development
? Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
? Any relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus!
