Are you a skilled 2nd Line Engineer ready to thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment? We're looking for a tech-savvy, client-focused professional to join our growing team in North London.

You'll be the go-to for escalated technical issues, providing hands-on support across a wide range of technologies. As part of a tight-knit IT team, you'll work on everything from desktop troubleshooting to server, network, and cloud support-helping clients stay secure and connected.

• Handle 2nd line support tickets for a diverse client base

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues

• Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows 10/11, and basic networking

• Configure devices, user accounts, and security permissions

• Liaise with vendors and escalate complex issues where needed

• Deliver excellent customer service, both remotely and on-site

• 3 - 5 years' experience in a 2nd line or strong 1st line role (MSP background ideal)

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows OS

• Experience with basic networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls)

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do mindset

• A full UK driving license (preferred, not essential)
