You’ll provide expert support for Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive, while driving digitalization and process improvement in a collaborative, autonomous environment.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver 2rd line support for Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive.
- Administer Azure AD, Intune, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Manage network administration tasks, including DHCP, DNS, and firewall changes.
- Implement backup technologies and disaster recovery strategies.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 projects and providing 2rd line support.
- Expertise in Azure AD, Intune, Office 365, and SharePoint administration.
- Proficiency in:
- PowerShell
- Sophos/Juniper Firewalls, DHCP, DNS, and remote access.
- Intune/MDM
- Strong communication skills.
