• Salary: £27,000 - £31,000

Join a Cyber and Digital Transformation Consultancy operating in the UK Defence Industry.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, with the potential for extension beyond 12 months.

You will be part of a small IT support team of 3, providing support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st / 2nd line IT Support.
• Troubleshot and fix hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and manage secure networking systems.
• Provide training on newly installed hardware and software systems.
• Produce documentation of technical processes.
• Configuring and maintain Endpoint devices using Intune.

Experience Required:

• Eligible for SC Security Clearance
• Microsoft Azure and 365 platforms (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
