2nd Line Support Engineer

My client is looking for a

2nd Line IT Engineer

to support with ongoing work and clearing BAU back-log. Someone with experienced supporting Audio-Visual Hardware is desirable.

Role: 2nd Line IT Engineer
Rate: £200+ per day inside ir35
Location: Bath (Fully onsite - 5 days per week)
Duration: 3+ months initially (strong potential of extension)
Start: ASAP
Skills:
· Proven experience of working in a 1st/2nd Line IT support role
· Active Directory / Accounts Administration / Fault Finding
· Supporting IT or Audio-Visual hardware, software or services
· Incident Management / Request Fulfilment
· Experience of working in a customer focused IT environment
· Microsoft Certified qualification / ITIL foundation
· Proficient user in a range of Microsoft packages
· Ticketing system experience
· Intune / Win 10-11
· MS Azure desirable
· ITIL desirable
