We're looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a dedicated customer support team, providing technical expertise on escalated incidents and service requests across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, desktop, networking and wireless technologies.
This is not a traditional service desk role. You'll work alongside customer IT teams, Focus Group engineers and third-party suppliers to investigate and resolve complex technical issues, taking ownership from initial diagnosis through to resolution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working with other IT professionals and taking ownership of challenging escalations within a supportive and growing technology business.
