Job Title: 2nd Line Support Technician

Location: London UK

UK Salary: £28k - £32k per annum + Benefits

I am seeking a skilled 2nd line support Technicians to join my clients dynamic team in London!

I am looking for candidates who are skilled with:

• Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
• Windows Server administration
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Desktop support (Windows/macOS)
• PowerShell scripting
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support across multiple locations
• Resolve incidents and service requests
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Escalate complex technical issues to 3rd line or specialist teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and procedures
• Support deployment and upgrade projects when required
