Job Description
We are looking for an experienced 2nd to 3rd line IT support technician to be based in the City of London.
The starting base salary is £35,000-40,000, depending on experience and Microsoft certifications.
To be considered for this position, you must be a UK resident and live within easy range of the City of London.
Responsibilities will include supporting clients via telephone, email, and desk-side; troubleshooting and problem analysis; proactive maintenance to systems and Cloud services; taking escalation calls from 1st line support; managing helpdesk queues; contributing to deployment projects such as Cloud service builds and office moves.
Musts are in-depth experience of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and Entra ID, MDM and Intune, email security and archiving, Cloud backups, market data services (Bloomberg) configuring and supporting routers, firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi, configuring Logitech videoconferencing equipment.
Along with the tech capabilities we need great spoken and written communications and good people skills for working with our clients at all levels.
