3.5 Tonne Driver

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 3.5 Tonne Van Driver to join a well-established business based in the Watford area.

You’ll be responsible for delivering products to commercial and residential customers across the local area and surrounding regions. The role involves completing multiple deliveries each day, ensuring goods are transported safely and providing a professional and friendly service to customers.

Duties Include

* Driving a 3.5 tonne van safely and responsibly

* Completing multiple deliveries throughout the day

* Delivering products to commercial and residential sites

* Loading and securing goods safely

* Checking delivery paperwork and ensuring orders are correct

* Completing daily vehicle checks

* Ensuring goods arrive safely and in good condition

* Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

* Following planned routes and delivery schedules

* Working safely and in line with company procedures

Working Hours

* Full-time hours

* Working times may vary depending on delivery requirements

Requirements

* Full UK driving licence

* Previous van driving or multidrop delivery experience preferred

* Good geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Reliable and punctual

* Professional approach with a positive attitude

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

* Able to work independently and manage a busy delivery schedule
