Multi-Drop Van Driver / West Thurrock / Temp to Perm
Location: West Thurrock, Essex
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour, increasing to £14.57 per hour following successful probation
Additional: Performance and attendance bonus

Prism 7 Resourcing are currently recruiting experienced 3.5T Multi-Drop Van Drivers for an ongoing opportunity with our client based in West Thurrock, Essex.
This is a busy delivery role working within drinks distribution, completing multiple deliveries to customers across London and the surrounding areas. Routes can include Central London, so previous multi-drop experience and confidence driving in busy areas is essential.
The Role
As a Multi-Drop Van Driver, your duties will include:

Driving a 3.5T long wheelbase van
*
Completing multi-drop deliveries of drinks and beverages to customer locations
*
Loading/unloading and handling goods as part of your daily deliveries
*
Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and within scheduled times
*
Completing relevant delivery paperwork
*
Using handheld devices/apps to record deliveries
*
Providing a professional service when dealing with customers
*
Driving routes across London and surrounding areas, including Central London
Please be aware that this is a physically demanding role involving regular manual handling throughout the working day.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this position, you must:
*
Hold a full UK Category B Driving Licence
*
Have previous multi-drop delivery experience
*
Be confident driving a 3.5T van in Central London
*
Be 21 years of age or over for insurance purposes
*
Have no more than 6 points on your driving licence
*
Be comfortable with regular manual handling
*
Have a good level of customer service and communication
