As a 360 IT Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier IT talent while building long-term relationships with clients in the ever-evolving tech industry. What You'll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying client needs to placing the perfect candidates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of IT roles, including developers, network engineers, and cybersecurity experts.

• Use innovative recruitment tools and methods to headhunt and attract the best IT talent.

• Provide expert advice and consultative solutions to both clients and candidates.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role, preferably in IT recruitment (but not essential).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and candidates effectively.

• A proactive, target-driven approach to recruitment with a passion for sales and relationship-building.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

• A keen interest in IT and technology - if you understand the latest trends in the tech world, even better!
