What you'll be doing

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own desk and take ownership of the full recruitment process.

Your day-to-day will include:

* Building and developing strong client relationships.

* Identifying and winning new business opportunities.

* Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates.

* Matching the right people with the right opportunities.

* Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

* Growing your desk and maximising your earning potential.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions and seeing the rewards of their hard work.

* Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role.

* The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively.
