360 Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Desk

Location: Enfield
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission

Pertemps Enfield is looking for an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Industrial division. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a warm desk and make a real impact within a supportive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Full 360 recruitment across the industrial sector, including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing roles.
Developing strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service reviews.
Sourcing and attracting top-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
Managing temporary and permanent vacancies from job briefing through to placement.
Ensuring all compliance, onboarding, and shift coordination tasks are completed accurately.
Meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous recruitment experience (360 or 180), ideally within the industrial or temp/perm staffing sector.
Proven ability to win and manage business through confident, professional communication.
Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude, results-focused mindset, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
