IT/Business Transformation 360 Consultant

Location: London (3 days office-based: Mon, Tue, Thu)
Salary: £50,000–£80,000 base + commission (OTE uncapped)

Following an exciting leadership transition, our client, a leading management and executive search company, is investing in significant growth across our Technology & Business Transformation division. They are relocating to brand-new offices and expanding their high-performing team.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a seasoned 360 Recruitment Consultant who has a proven track record of working in a 360 role with strong business development and delivery experience – can be focused on permanent, contract or dual desk. They are interested in Consultants who focus on a particular industry sector (most interested in Financial Services – specifically Insurance or Payments / Technology including IT Services, FinTech, Software Development companies and Saas / Travel & Aviation / Betting & Gaming) or a specific technology vertical (most interested in Software Development / Data & BI / AI / Cyber Security / Cloud / DevOps).

What You’ll Do:

• Build and grow your own desk across IT, Change, and Transformation.
• Develop relationships with mid to senior-level candidates and clients.
• Run full 360 recruitment cycles across perm and contract roles.
• Collaborate with an experienced leadership team driving sector growth.

Ideal Candidate:

• 360 recruiter with IT/Transformation experience (perm, contract, or dual desk).
• Sector specialism highly valued (e.g., insurance, payments, financial services, tech verticals).
• Proven business development skills, strong self-sourcing capabilities.
• Existing UK network essential.
