Now, we’re on the lookout for a talented 3D Designer to bring ideas to life and work alongside the wider team.

The Company:

This company are a Design and Build agency specialising in creating bold, imaginative spaces and content for forward-thinking brands. There projects vary from eye-popping window displays to immersive environments, art-directed campaigns, and standout digital moments. This company turn ideas into experiences people remember and have some exciting project examples/ case studies. They have a close-knit team of workshop makers, junior creatives build staff who build everything from bespoke sets to dreamy installations, high-impact windows, and content that turns heads. There work lives in both the physical and digital worlds — always stylish, often unexpected, and never off-the-shelf. Whether we’re crafting a sculptural window piece, a fashion campaign set, or an interactive moment. This 3D Designer will work from concept through to install and work closely with the project management and production team.

The Role:

Due to the team growing , they are now looking to add an additional 3D Designer. They need someone to join the team and help shape the look and feel of everything the business brings to life. You will be involved in the below:

• Designing 3D environments, spatial concepts, installations, and campaign visuals — from early sketches to final renders.

• Working closely with the workshop and makers to bring creative visions into physical (and sometimes surreal) reality.
• Contributing to the creative development of brand campaigns, pop-ups, sets, and spaces — often with an editorial or playful edge.
• Balancing imagination with practicality: you understand design for real-world build just as much as for screens.
• You will do technical drawings and use SketchUp for 3D.

The Candidate:

In order to be a successful candidate, you must have experience of being a 3D Designer and working in either an exhibition design and build agency, event agency or production agency and used to working on a range of events/ fit outs. Within this 3D Design role, you will be using SketchUp so you must be proficient at using it. Alongside your experience, you must love the idea of your work becoming a physical build — not just a pretty render
