Talent Guardian is recruiting for a remote based 3D Designer to join our client, a specialist in retail interior design and build, supporting a global client base. You'll create innovative point-of-sale displays, window promotions, and in-store solutions that drive retail sales and elevate customer experience.

This is a pivotal, hands-on design role where your creative vision will directly influence the success of international retail brands.

Key Responsibilities

Produce outstanding 3D visuals that can be seamlessly brought to life in production.
Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
Partner with account managers and production teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives while retaining the creative spark from concept to completion.
Present design concepts confidently to clients, clearly communicating design intent.
Contribute ideas and creative energy to an ever-growing team and a collaborative studio culture.
Take full ownership of your 3D design output, ensuring high standards and innovation.
Support internal projects when required.

Skills & Experience

2-4 years' 3D design experience within the retail sector (POS, window displays, or store environments).
Advanced proficiency in 3D Studio Max or SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and technical design (advantageous).
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
Creative flair, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Enthusiastic, imaginative, and eager to push creative boundaries.
