In this role you would be the senior support of escalation for clients and customers, responsible for priority tickets and providing expert diagnostic and technical support as well as infrastructure support.

The ideal 3rd Line IT Support would have prior 3rd Line experience, including knowledge of hardware and software solutions and would have the ability to work independently at pace.

The Role:

• Supporting Infrastructure and providing expert IT solutions
• Training junior members of staff
• Diagnostic and technical support
• Occasional project engineering tasks

The Person:

• 3rd Line IT Support experience or similar
• Good communication skills
• Can work independently and effectively as the senior point of contact
