Pertemps Daventry are currently recruiting for professional and customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join a well-established and growing business based in Daventry.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with previous call centre or customer service experience who are looking to join a supportive team and develop their career within a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Shift Options & Salary

Afternoon Shift 4 on 4 off

14:00 - 22:00

* £13.00 per hour

* £15.50 per hour between 21:00 - 22:00

* Equivalent salary: £18,250 per annum

Night Shift - 4 on 4 off

20:00 - 07:00

* £13.00 per hour

* £15.50 per hour between 20:00 - 06:00

* Equivalent salary: £28,789 per annum

Key Responsibilities

* Handling inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently

* Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries

* Managing customer requests and complaints with a positive approach

* Making outbound calls where required

* Updating customer records and databases accurately

* Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

* Following company procedures and escalating issues when necessary

* Meeting service levels and performance targets

* Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment

About You

* Previous call centre or customer service experience essential

* Excellent verbal communication skills

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Strong listening and problem-solving skills

* Good IT and administration skills

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Reliable, organised, and self-motivated

* Able to work independently and as part of a team
