We’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / Prep Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine solid, hands-on workshop work with a rota that genuinely gives you time back — a 4 on / 4 off pattern that offers real work-life balance.

Working Hours

• 06:00 – 18:00


• 4 on / 4 off rota (rolling team rota)

The Role
You’ll be responsible for preparing vehicles to a high standard, carrying out servicing, diagnostics and repairs efficiently and safely in our state of the art facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs across a range of vehicles


• Complete servicing, inspections and preparation work to company standards


• Diagnose faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment


• Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timeframes


• Accurately complete job cards and records


• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment


• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times


• Highlight any additional work or safety concerns promptly

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time served experience)


• Proven experience in a workshop environment


• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• High attention to detail and pride in your work
